The experience unfolds as follows: you send us photographs and measurements of your room. We design it in full, as we would for any client of the studio, and send you everything required to order, paint, paper and furnish it yourself, at a pace that suits you.

Phase I: Establishment
Questionnaire · Photographs & Measurements · Introductory Call · Mood Board · Layout
Once your room design is booked, you receive our questionnaire and a short guide to photographing and measuring the space. We then meet by video call to understand how the room is used, what items you would like to keep, and what you love. A mood board follows, setting the palette, pattern and character of the room, and then a to-scale furniture layout, each approved by you before any sourcing begins.
Phase II: Design
Sourcing · 3D Modelling · Specification · One Round of Revisions
We build your room in a 3D modelling software to its exact dimensions and furnish it to scale with the pieces, lighting, fabrics and finishes we propose, so that you can see the room as a whole before a single item is ordered. Your design is then sent to you to review, and your comments are folded into one round of revisions.
Phase III: Completion
Final Design Files · Shopping List · Paint, Wallpaper & Curtain Specifications
Your finished design is delivered to you digitally, complete and ready to implement. You may then order each piece directly, and your painter, decorator and curtain maker may work straight from our specifications.

Investment
Online Design is offered at a flat fee per room. Furniture, fabrics and materials are purchased separately. Our investment guide sets out the fees, timeline and every detail of the service.

Sometimes called virtual interior design or e-design, it is a complete room design, produced by our studio from your photographs and measurements rather than a site visit. You receive the plans, specifications and shopping list, and bring the room together yourself as your time and budget allow.

Usually six to eight weeks from our introductory call to the delivery of your final design.

Of course. Please photograph and measure the furniture, antiques and pictures you would like to keep, and we will design the room around them.

With photographs of the room from each corner, accurate measurements (windows, doors, radiators, sockets and ceiling height included) and a few images of rooms you admire. Once your room is booked, we send a short guide explaining exactly what we need.

You do, directly with each supplier. Your shopping list gives the specification, price and a link for every item, and we source only from suppliers who deliver to your country.

Your preferred curtain maker and decorator. Our specifications are written so that they can be handed to them directly.

Yes. Online Design is available to clients anywhere in the world.

All drawings are to scale and based on the measurements you provide. As we are not on site, we recommend confirming key dimensions before ordering larger pieces.
